The unique Russian boiler was accepted for operation on Vietnamese TPP “Uong Be”

“EMAlliance” completed the project on development, manufacture and setting of the boiler with the capacity 300 MWt for TPP “Uong Be” (Vietnam). The representatives of the company «Lilama» and JSC “Power machines” signed the acceptance for guarantee operation certificate.

Boiler TPE-318SO has been manufactured on the production site TKZ “Krasny Kotelshchik” and does not have home – produced analogues. It is the unique development of Russian engineers permitting the equipment to work on steam ultra super critical parameters and use low reactivity fuel. Boiler equipment produced in Russia allowed to solve the problems of electric power systems of North Vietnam on utilization as a fuel the domestic low-grade antacid, which could be previously used only in the mixtures with high quality, including import coal solids.

JSC “EMAlliance” General Director pointed out that the experience obtained within this complex export contract execution allows us to offer for energy sector the turnkey solutions on development, manufacture and assembly of the equipment which can work on the problem fuel – antacid culm. «The problem of effective utilization of low-grade fuel is urgent not only in the far-abroad countries but also in Russia and in CIS countries, in particular for Donets Basin (Ukraine) power facilities. Energy efficient technologies are on the front burner and I believe that our developments in this area will be able to occupy the worthy place on the modern equipment market” – he highlighted.
