JSC “EMAlliance” new General Director was appointed

Following the Board of Directors decision Levan Dzigua was appointed to the position of JSC “EMAllaince” General Director.

The Board of Directors has authorized a new General Director to overlap the position of JSC “EMAlliance” General Director and JSC TKZ “Krasny Kotelshchik” General Director occupied by Levan Dzigua since May, 2008.

In accordance with JSC “EMAlliance” Charter Levan Dzigua has become the Chairman of the Board.

The decision was taken as a part of activities on consolidation of company supervisory control system and headquarters establishing in Taganrog.

Oleg Golikov ex General Director of JSC “EMAlliance” will go into development and implementation of new projects in energy sector. His candidacy will be offered to be included in the Board of Directors of the company.

July 2007 - January 2008 - "AirUnion" Finance Director.

January 2008 - JSC “EMAlliance” Finance Director.

May 2008 – TKZ ‘Krasny Kotelshchik” General Director.
