“EMAlliance” extends international cooperation

Extended business meetings of representatives of “EMAlliance” and Kazakhstani company “GPMI- Central Asia” with the heads of many generating companies, design institutes and specialized enterprises of power-generating sector were carried out in Astana in the context of the seminar “Power-generating equipment advanced development. Kazakhstan energy companies Orders”.

The main topic discussed was cooperation possibilities in energy sector and teamwork principles of modernization and replacement of the operating boiler equipment of power facilities in Kazakhstan. According to attendees’ estimates their boiler equipment amortization makes more than 70 %. Besides, for securing of growing requirements of developing economy of Republic Kazakhstan it is necessary to put into operation not less than 4000 ĢWt of new generating capacities.

Attendees of the seminar have noted timeliness of discussed issues and have expressed the interest in joint projects with company "EĢĄlliance" on maintenance of power stations operation reliability, operating capacities increase, emissions reduction and power savings.

The First Vice-president of JSC “EMAlliance” Ivan Shevchenko has noticed that similar meetings of potential customers with the direct manufacturer of power boilers allow to offer them the best samples of qualitative and modern equipment in the original arrangement completely corresponding to trade norms and standards.

JSC “Energomashinostroitelny Alliance” (EMalliance)  is one of the leaders of  domestic power machine-building industry, having international experience and competence in designing, fabrication and complete supply of “boiler islands” for TPP, including EPC-contracts.

“EMAlliance” possesses more than 70,83% of common shares of Plant “Krasny Kotelschik”.  EMA’s engineering branches are located in Taganrog, Podolsk, Barnaul and Ivanovo. Enterprise personnel is 6000 employees, among them 700 highly qualified designers.

The present day the company is able to design boilers with steam generation from 100 to 4000 tones per hour, (inc. for the equipment with to-, above-, ultra supercritical steam conditions. EMAlliance possesses the technology of designing and fabrication of HRSG for CCP and performs engineering, complete supply of the equipment for WtE plants and bio fuel processing enterprises and develops new technologies in  renewable energy sources,  pollution abatement system, coal gasification, SCC.
