TKZ «Krasny Kotelshchik» has manufactured the first LP preheater PN-3200 for the 4th power unit of the Kalininsk atomic power station

The fabrication was completed and the shipment of the unique equipment for the 4th Power Unit of Kalininsk APS started on the main production site of JSC “EMAlliance” Taganrog Boiler Manufacture Plant “Krasny Kotelshchik”

LP preheater PN-3200 was fabricated and shipped on Taganrog plant in the shortest possible time. For the last time the equipment of this type was in production on TKZ more than 20 years ago.

The equipment manufactured has the unique dimensions: the length -11 m. and the height- 4,5 m. with the weight 113 tones. The Customer uses the special-purpose heavy duty track for transportation of the equipment.

PN-3200 is the first one among three LP preheaters to be manufactured against order of JSC “Power Machines” on “Krasny Kotelshchik” for Kalininsk APS Power Unit by the end of 2009. Moreover, under the terms of the Contract the preheater PNSG -4000 with delivery date in the 4th quarter 2010 will be fabricated. Total amount of the order is about 1 bln. rubles.
