Work talks between top managers of JSC “EMAlliance” and British company “Howden” were held on the production site TKZ “Krasny Kotelschik”. The main issue of the meeting was the discussion of options of cooperation in power industry and principles of joint work in this sector.

In accordance with the decision of the Board of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry dated      May, 27, 2009 EMAlliance became a member of CCI RF.

Substantial delegation visited TKZ Krasny Kotelshchik as part of the activities of the All-Russia charity event "Under the guise of goodness" in Taganrog.

Parliamentary hearings "On Legislative Support of Russian industrial enterprises” were held on May 14, 2009 in the State Duma. President of JSC “EMAlliance” Timur Avdeenko presented his report on the parliamentary hearings. The report included analytical material on the assessment of export potential of Russia's power engineering and concrete proposals on measures of state support of domestic hi-tech products exports.

In the first quarter of 2009 TKZ Krasny Kotelschik (main production asset of EMAlliance) increased shipments of completed products compared to the same period of 2008 by 36% to 1.14 billion rubles.

JSC “EMAlliance” will present unique opportunities for application of modern technologies in the production of boiler equipment at the international exhibition Russia Power 2009 in Moscow, on April, 29.

Committee on Engineering and Engineering European Business Association held on April, 3 in the hotel "Novotel" (Moscow) a roundtable discussion on "Recycling of household and industrial waste in Moscow and perspectives of development of environmental technologies." The roundtable was organized with the support of JSC EMAlliance.

In the course of the meeting of the Interdepartmental Commission of the Security Council of Russia on the environmental safety Head of the Department of innovative projects of JSC EMAlliance Konstantin Smorochinsky made a report on the need for the introduction of modern innovative technologies for recycling of solid waste (MSW).

JSC EMAlliance signed a contract with Iranian company Azarab Ind. Co on design, manufacture and supply of 2 boilers with capacity 315 MW for expansion TPP Bisotun "(city of Kermanshah Province) in Iran.

A new Board of Directors was elected as per decision of the sole shareholder of JSC “EMAlliance”. General Director Advisor on Strategic Financing of JSC EMAlliance Igor Parkhomenko became Chairman of the new Board of Directors. Previously, Mr. Parkhomenko had been a member of the Board of Directors and worked as a finance director.
