Vote of Thanks to JSC «EMAlliance» for Contribution to Investment Project
A grateful letter has been received by JSC «EMAlliance» from OAO «OGK-2» for contribution to the investment project of construction and commissioning of 800 MW combined-cycle plant (CCP) at Kirishskaya GRES (the Leningrad Region). As per the contract the JSC «EMAlliance» have designed and delivered two heat-recovery steam generators for the sixth power unit at Kirishskaya GRES.

«Krasny Kotelshchik» takes part in retrofitting of Burshtinskaya Thermal Power Station
«Krasny Kotelshchik» (main production site of JSC EMAlliance) has produced three assemblies for Boiler TP-100 of Burshtinskaya TPS (PJSC «Zapadenergo»). The weight of the control stage of the secondary superheater, the headers of the primary superheater and the panels of the wall-type radiant superheater amounted to 100t.

PJSC EMAlliance Participates in Tripolskaya TPP Reconstruction
PJSC EMAlliance (a part of power-plant engineering concern OJSC Power Machines) has negotiated a contract for equipment supply for technical refurbishment of PC Energy Unit № 2 at Tripolskaya TPP (PAO Centrenergo, Ukraine).

New Equipment for Cherepovetskaya GRES
Krasny Kotelshchik started shipment of the first HRSG units for Cherepovetskaya GRES. It was supplied more than 230 tons of equipment on the Station Energy Unit site, including Main Gas Duct Panels and Ceiling Connecting Beams.

High Pressure Heaters Will Be Installed at Kirishskaya GRES
The Taganrog Boiler-Making Works Krasny Kotelshchik (the main manufacturing facilities of PJSC EMAlliance) has shipped three PVD-550 for Kirishskaya GRES (a branch of OGK-2). Total weight of the equipment is over 120 tons.

Krasny Kotelshchik has Manufactured Burners for CHPP Sovetskaya Gavan
The Taganrog Boiler-Making Works Krasny Kotelshchik has manufactured 24 burners for CHPP Sovetskaya Gavan’ (Khabarovsky Krai). The new equipment weighing approximately 50 ton will be installed in the furnaces of the Boilers TPE-131.

Krasny Kotelshchik has Manufactured HP Drum for Omskaya CHPP-3
The Taganrog Boiler-Making Works Krasny Kotelshchik (the main manufacturing facilities of PJSC EMAlliance) has manufactured the second HP drum for Omskaya CHPP-3. Weight of equipment is approximately 18 ton.

Krasny Kotelshchik has Increased Net Profit
In the year 2011 the Taganrog Boiler-Making Works Krasny Kotelshchik (the main manufacturing facilities of PJSC EMAlliance), increased net profit according to Russian Accounting Standards relative to the same index of the year 2010 up to the level of 310 008 thousand rubles (by 15,6 times).

PJSC TKZ “Krasny Kotelshchik” (the main manufacturing facilities of PJSC EMAlliance) has shipped six HP heaters PV-775, quick-operating safety devices and mandatory spares for Cherepetskaya GRES (the affiliate of PJSC “OGK-3”). The total weight of equipment is approximately 350 ton.
