«EMAlliance» will Put Equipment of Berezovskaya GRES into Operation
PJSC EMAlliance and CJSC EnergoProject have concluded a Contract for performance of works on erection supervision and commissioning supervision of Boiler Equipment within the framework of construction of Power Unit No.3 of Berezovskaya GRES (JSC E.ON Russia). According to the Contract, value of the works will amount to over Rub 150 mln.

«EMAlliance» and «Technopromexport» Rehabilitate Power Capacities of Iraq
PJSC EMAlliance and PJSC VO Technopromexport have signed a Contract for Supply of Boiler Supporting Steel Structure Parts for Power Unit No.3, Hartha TPP in Iraq, with capacity of 200 MW, whose reconstruction is carried out by Technopromexport. The Contract value is over Rub 100 mln.

On the results of the year 2011 PJSC TKZ Krasny Kotelshchik (which is the main production assets of PJSC EMAlliance) has increased the finished products shipment more than 39% (by 9 thousand tons) as compared to the year 2010.

«EMAlliance» will deliver equipment for three biggest Power Plant Projects in Ukraine concurrently
Based on the latest bid awards, JSC EMAlliance concluded contracts for designing and supply of power engineering equipment for three Power Plant Projects in Ukraine which are as follows: Power Unit No.6 at Kurakhovskaya TPS (owned by VOSTOKENERGO Ltd.), Power Unit No.3 at Zaporozhskaya TPS (owned by JSC DNEPROENERGO) and Power Unit No.5 at Burshtynskaya TPS (owned by JSC ZAPADENERGO). The total price for works on the above Projects is more than RUR 480 million.

PJSC «EMAlliance» and JSC «RAO Energy Systems of East» Have Signed an Agreement on Cooperation
PJSC EMAlliance and JSC RAO Energy Systems of East have signed an Agreement on long-term Cooperation in the sphere of modern power equipment and technology supply, improvement of reliability, economic efficiency, operating and environmental characteristics of the power equipment installed at its generating companies. The document was signed by the Acting General Director of JSC RAO Energy Systems of East Mr. Tolstoguzov Sergey and General Director of PJSC EMAlliance Mr. Dzigua Levan.

PJSC «EMAlliance» Continues Participation in Starobeshevskaya TPS Reconstruction
PJSC EMAlliance has won the tender of PAO Donbassenergo (Ukraine) for Project development and supply of the equipment for the technical retrofitting of Power Unit No. 13 at Starobeshevskaya TPS. The total value of the works on the Project will exceed 170 million Rubles. With regard to this Project implementation, the current EMAlliance backlog of orders will make more than 58 billion Rubles.

«Duro Dakovic TEP d.o.o.» being part of PJSC EMAlliance have concluded a Contract of Supply of Equipment for the Incineration Plant
A European Boiler and Heat Exchange Equipment Company Ðuro Ðaković-TEP d.o.o. (Croatia) (owned by PJSC EMAlliance) and Hitachi Zosen Inova (Swiss subsidiary) have signed a Contract for manufacture of two boilers for the new incineration plant which belongs to the power company Vantaan Energia (Finland). Cost of works under the Contract is over Euro 19 mln.

«EMAlliance» will Manufacture the HRSG for the Unit PGU-420 of Mosenergo TETs-16
PJSC EMAlliance will become designer, manufacturer and supplier of the HRSG for the Unit PGU-420 of TETs-16 (a subsidiary of JSC Mosenergo).
