JSC “EMAlliance” and Austrian Energy & Environment (ÀÅ&Å) signed Memorandum of understanding on June, 21 2007. The document provides the development of long-term cooperation on supply of the most actual on power engineering market equipment for TPPs and Incinerators. In particular, delivery of HRSG of high capacity, household waste combustion, gas cleaning equipment.
The equipment will be supplied on the market of Russia as well as on other countries markets.
JSC “EMAlliance” and Consolidated Group ALSTOM signed General Agreement and Memorandum of understanding. The Agreement serves to join advanced and the most effective safe technologies of consolidated group Alstom with EMA’s engineering abilities.
At present time consortium Alstom-«ÝÌÀëüÿíñ» exectes EPC-contract on construction of Power Unit for CCPP -420 for TPP "Mosenergo" . Power Unit efficiency can achieve 59% (the best parameter in Russian thermal generation). The equipment will be manufactured on Alstom technology.
JSC “EMAlliance” anfJSC “VOTechnopromexport” signedtheAgreementoncooperationonattractiveprojects”. According to the Agreement if “Technopromexport” enters into any contract on construction of power stations, EMA will act as a Subcontractor and provide the delivery and perform modernization of boiler plants.
«In the atmosphere of expectation of high demand for power equipment, such agreements enhance the competitiveness of engineering companies’ tenders and also lead to load ratio optimization of existing facilities by manufacturers” - noted General Director of “Technopromexport” Sergey Molozhavy.
CSC «INTER RAO UES» and “EMAlliance” signed Memorandum on cooperation in electric power industry. As a matter of the experience of work on the markets of CIS and far abroad countries, companies express high opinion to the perspectives of joint activities, primarily in the realization of projects on construction and modernization of PP in Russia, FSU countries and in new perspective directions – India, South-East Asia and Latin America.
“EMAlliance” may act as a Supplier of basic boiler equipment and engineering solutions for both new assets of «INTER RAO UES» and redesign existing facilities.
In May 2006 “EMAlliance’ and “Atomenergomash” signed the Agreement on Joint Venture establishment. The new company named “EMalliance-Atom” becomes the key structure in the equipment engineering and manufacturing sector and atomic industry facilities construction. The signing of the Agreement considered as the first actual step for ensuring the program of atomic industry development. In national power plant engineering principally new conditions for science absorbing industry and advanced engineering are established.
On August 16th 2008 JSC “EMAlliance” and American company NOOTER/ERIKSEN, INC signed License Agreement on transfer of the technology for Heat Recovery Steam Generators (HRSG) for CCPP design. In accordance with the Agreement “EMAlliance” was granted the right to design, manufacture, sale, supply and install of heat recovery systems under NOOTER/ERIKSEN technology. HRSGs manufactured by “EMAlliance” have western companies’ references and adapted to Russian technical norms and standards, which is an important competitive advantage. The usage of HRSG allows to increase the Unit efficiency up to 60% compared to the traditional steam power plant. NOOTER/ERIKSEN – the largest company on HRSG engineering and manufacturing supplied more than 600 different design HRSGs all over the world. In accordance with McCoyReport© report «NOOTER/ERIKSEN» was on the first place on HRSG manufacture in the period since 1998 to 2007.
